北京市顺义区家用冰箱中嗜冷菌的检测分析 被引量:4

Detection of psychrophilic bacteria in household refrigerators in Shunyi District,Beijing

摘要 目的了解北京市顺义区居民家用冰箱中致病性嗜冷菌的污染状况。方法在北京市顺义区分层随机采集300台冰箱冷藏室涂抹样本,利用常规细菌分离方法从样本中分离单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,Lm)和小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌(Yersinia enterocolitica,Ye),并用PCR进行毒力基因检测。结果 300个样本中,共检出致病菌(Lm、Ye)38株,阳性率为12.67%,其中Lm9株,阳性率为3.00%,Ye29株,阳性率为9.67%。其中,9株Lm和1株Ye携带致病性毒力因子。嗜冷致病菌检出率在不同使用年限的冰箱中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在不同清洗频率的冰箱中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且呈线性趋势。结论北京市顺义区居民家用冰箱中致病性嗜冷菌污染状况不容乐观,对居民需加强正确使用冰箱的知识宣教和指导。 Objective To investigate the contamination status of pathogenic psychrophilic bacteria in household refrigerators in Shunyi District, Beijing. Methods With stratified random sampling method, 300 smear specimens were collected from household refrigerators in Shunyi District, Beijing. Routine bacteria isolation method was used to isolate Listeria monocytogenes ( L. monocytogenes) and Yersinia enterocolitiica ( Y. enterocolitica ) from the specimens, and PCR assay was employed to detect the virulence genes. Results Among 300 specimens, 38 psychrophilic strains were detected, with the positive rate of 12.67%. 9 strains of L. rnonocytogenes and 29 strains of Y. enterocolitica were isolated, with the positive rates of 3.00% and 9.67 %, respectively. Virulence factors were found in 9 strains of L. rnonocytogenes and 1 strain of Y. enterocolitica. The de- tection rate of psychrophilic bacteria was not significantly different among refrigerators with different usage years ( P 〉 0, 05 ), while it varied significantly among refrigerators with different cleaning frequendes ( P 〈 0.05) and showed a linear trend. Con- clusions The contamination status of psychrophilic bacteria in household refrigerators in Shunyi District, Beijing is not opti- mistic; and hence, it is necessary to strengthen the education and guidance regarding how to use a refrigerator correctly among the residents.
