早产低体重儿早期综合干预服务需求情况调查

Demand for early comprehensive intervention services in preterm low birth weight infants

目的了解惠州市城区早产低体重儿早期综合干预服务的需求,为儿童保健门诊开展早期综合干预项目提供依据。方法根据早产低体重儿需求设计调查表,在儿童保健门诊由经过专门培训的医务人员对232名早产低体重儿母亲进行早期综合干预服务的需求调查。结果最受欢迎的早产低体重儿早期综合干预:(1)服务项目为智能发育评估及潜能开发方案指导(92.67%);(2)服务方式为医生与母亲一对一定期指导(76.72%);(3)服务时间为周六、周日(85.44%)。结论早产低体重儿家长需要个体化早期综合干预服务;儿童保健门诊应提供受欢迎的早期综合干预服务,改善服务模式,提高早产低体重儿的早期干预能力。

Objective To investigate the demand for early comprehensive intervention services among preterm low birth weight infants in urban areas of Huizhou City so as to provide evidence for child health care clinics to implement early comprehensive in- tervention program. Methods A questionnaire was designed according to the requirements of preterm low birth weight in- fants. The demand for early comprehensive intervention services of 232 mothers with preterm low birth weight infants were sur- veyed by trained medical professionals of child health care clinics. Results The most popular early comprehensive interven- tions on preterm low birth weight infants were as follows： intelligence development assessment and potential development program guidance as the service items （92.67 % ）, regular instruction based on one - doctor- to- one - mother as the service mode （76.72 % ） and Saturday and Sunday as the service time （85.44 % ）. Conclusions The parents of preterm low birth weight infants need individualized early comprehensive intervention services. Child health care clinics should provide popular early comprehensive intervention services, improve the service mode and promote the ability of early interventions on preterm low birth weight infants.
