Relationship between serum uric acid level and metabolic syndrome,IL-1β among adult males of Han,Miao and Buyi nationality in Guizhou Province

摘要 目的探讨贵州省汉族、苗族和布衣族成年男性血尿酸水平与代谢综合征、IL-1β的关系。方法通过分层随机抽样方法从贵州少数民族地区某医院进行健康体检的男性成人中抽取汉族300人、苗族300人和布依族200人,分别检测一般身体指标及生化指标,采用ELISA法检测IL-1β。结果 1)MS的检出率在汉、苗和布依族之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但MS的检出率在高尿酸(HUA)组高于血尿酸(SUA)水平正常组(P<0.05),Logistic回归结果提示,汉族高TG血症与HUA有关,苗族肥胖和高TG血症与HUA有关,布依族高血压和高TG血症与HUA有关。2)IL-1β水平在汉、苗和布依族调查对象间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在HUA组高于SUA水平正常组(P<0.05);多重线性回归模型也提示,汉、苗和布依族SUA对IL-1β影响较大。结论贵州省汉族、苗族和布衣族成年男性血尿酸水平与代谢综合征、IL-1β密切相关,控制SUA水平对减少MS等多种代谢异常的发生发展可能有积极作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) level and metabolic syndrome (MS), Inter- leukin- 1β (IL- 1β) among adult males of Hart, Miao and Buyi nationality in Guizhou Province. Methods Three hundred Han male adults, 300 Miao male adults and 200 Buyi male adults were recruited from a hospitals' health examination center in minority areas of Guizhou by stratified random sampling method. General physical and biochemical indicators were measured. IL - 1β was detected by ELISA. Results No statistically significant difference was found in the detection rate of MS among the Han, Miao and Buyi male adults (P〈0.05), but the detection rate of MS in the hyperuricemia (HUA) group was higher than in the normal SUA group (P (0.05). Logistic regression results suggested that high TG hyperlipidemia was associated with HUA in the Han population, obesity and high TG hyperlipidemia were associated with HUA in the Miao population, and hyper- tension and high TG hyperlipidemia were associated with HUA in the Buyi population. The IL- 1β level showed statistically sig- nificant differences among the Han, Miao and Buyi male adults (P〈0.05), and was higher in the HUA group than in the normal SUA group (P〈0.05). The multiple linear regression model also suggested that SUA had a great impact on IL- 1β among the Han, Miao and Buyi male adults. Conclusions The level of sertLm uric acid is closely related to metabolic syndrome and IL -1β among adult males of Han, Miao and Buyi nationality in Guizhou Province. Controlling SUA level may play a positive role in reducing the development of metabolic abnormalities like MS.
