摘要 随着遥感技术的日益发展,遥感影像的空间、时相与光谱等分辨率不断提高,传统的信息获取方法已不能满足国土、规划等业务需求,为了提高遥感信息提取自动化程度及数据成果精度,本文研究了一套集合多种分类与变化检测方法的新技术,根据不同数据源影像特点实现择优处理,解决了目前传统方法耗时耗力、技术单一、针对性弱、精度与效率较低等问题。同时,通过程序开发形成对应的系统,应用于"三旧改造"地块监测、广东省基本农田监测等业务中,取得了良好的应用效果。 With the development of remote sensing technology, the resolution of space, phase and spectrum of remote sensing image is improving, traditional information retrieval methods cannot meet the demand of land, planning and other business, in order to improve the automation degree of remote sensing information extraction and data precision, this paper studied a new technology of collections of classification and change detection method, implemented preferential treatment based on the features of different data source images, to solve the problems of present traditional method such as time - consuming, single technology, weak pertinence, and low accuracy. At the same time, formed the corresponding system through the program development, applied to the progress monitoring of "Three Old Reform" and Capital Farmland of Guangdong province, and obtained the good application effect.
