摘要 针对萘系减水剂掺量对水性环氧乳液改性砂浆流动性的影响进行试验分析,同时研究了消泡剂种类和掺量对水性环氧乳液改性水泥砂浆的含气量和力学性能的影响。用正交试验得出改性砂浆的配合比,并对新拌砂浆进行试验。结果证明,减水剂和消泡剂改性砂浆的力学性能和流动性能有所提高,是较为实用的改性方法。 The impact of the mixing amount of naphthalene based super plasticizer on the fluidity of waterborne epoxy emulsion modified mortar was tested and analyzed, as well as the impact of the variety and amount of defoaming agent on air content and mechanical performance. The mix proportion of the modified mortar was obtained by orthogonal test, and the test on the newly mixed mortar shows that both mechanical performance and fluidity are improved.
