HDP橡胶沥青混合料的配合比设计研究

Study on Mix Design of HDP Asphalt Rubber Mixture

针对橡胶沥青改性问题,将HDP添加剂与橡胶沥青混合制备HDP橡胶沥青混合料。通过对HDP橡胶沥青混合料马歇尔试件进行车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验等相关技术指标测试,评价其路用性能,验证了HDP橡胶沥青复合改性效果显著,并确定HDP最佳掺量和混合料的最佳配合比。

HDP asphalt rubber mixture was prepared with asphalt rubber and HDP additive for the study of asphalt rubber modification. Rutting test, low temperature bending test, freezethaw splitting test were conducted on the Marshall specimens to evaluate the pavement performance of the mixture. The modification effect of HDP asphalt rubber mixture was proved. The optimal HDP amount and mix proportion for the mixture were determined.
