摘要
通过多次轴心受压钢管柱构件在弹性范围内的恒载升温试验,分析4个因素对单个薄壁钢管柱构件在模拟火灾环境下的变形-时间影响规律,包括升温速率、恒温时间、初始荷载水平、目标温度。研究结果表明:火灾环境温度变化快慢、温度延续时间和目标温度对结构构件的影响是显著的,而初始荷载水平影响较小,分析结果对于钢构件的耐火试验方法提供了重要参考。
Many times transient test on the axially compressed steel tube columns in the elastic range had been carried out, to study the deformation time rule of the four influence factors on the single thin wall steel tube columns component under simulated fire conditions, including the heating rate, the time of con stant temperature, the initial load level and the target tempera ture. The results showed that: The influence of heating rate of the fire environment, the time of constant temperature and the target temperature on the structural components is significant, but the initial load level has little effect. The analysis results will provide an important reference for the fire resistance test method.
