经济发展与消防安全的关系研究

Research on the relationship between economic development and fire safety

为研究河北省各市经济发展与消防安全的关系,利用因子分析法分别建立经济发展评价指标体系和消防安全评价指标体系,并以2013年数据为基础计算各市经济发展和消防安全综合指数。利用综合指数计算经济发展程度相对消防危险度的差值、经济发展与消防安全的协调度和协调发展度,进而对各市当年的协调性评级。结果显示,各市总体上处于消防发展落后于经济发展水平阶段;经济发展水平与消防安全水平具有一定相关性,二者的差值、协调度和协调发展度两两显著相关。

In order to study the relationship between the economic development and fire safety in cities of Hebei province, this paper established an economic development evaluation system and a fire safety evaluation system with the help of factor analysis. Based on the data in 2013, this paper worked out the comprehensiye indicator value of the economic development and fire safety in these cities in 2013. It makes use of this comprehensive indicator to calculate the difference value between the level of economic development and its relative risk of fire, as well as the coordination degree and coordinated development degree so as to rate the coordination of these cities in that year. The results showed that on the whole in these cities, fire development lags economic development; economic development and fire safety are correlated, and their difference value, coordination degree and coordinated development degree are significantly correlated.
