摘要
从一起喹乙醇火灾事故调查入手,通过现场环境勘验、初步勘验、细项勘验、专项勘验、调查询问、现场试验和样品送检,在无任何案例参考情况下,研究起火物燃烧性能,认定起火原因。探讨喹乙醇的燃烧性能及残留物痕迹特征,分析如何鉴定未知燃烧物,为广大火灾事故调查人员提供借鉴经验。
Based on a fire accident investigation caused by olaquindox, through on-site environment investigation, preliminary investigation, details investigation, special investigation, inquiry, on site test and sample inspection, the fire combustion performance of fire object was studied and the fire cause was determined without any fire case reference. The combustion performance of olaquindox and the residue trace feature were discussed. The identification of unknown combustion was analyzed. The conclusion of this paper can serve as a reference for the fire accident investigators.
