By analyzing the fire cause identification and the commission test of fire direct loss, the investigation and dealing experience of fire accident involved in civil disputes was summed up, and it is believed that paying attention to the reasonable request of litigants, forming complete evidence chain, and civil investigation organization in tervening the incident handling are the key to this kind of work.
