摘要
为解决现行航标遥测遥控系统运行使用中的通信问题,实现对离岸较远、移动数据信号无法覆盖区域航标的运行状态进行实时监控,设计基于北斗卫星短报文通信方式架设的航标遥测遥控硬件结构和软件控制系统,提升沿海航标维护管理能力。
To solve the communication problem of navigational aid telemetering and telecontrol system and monitor and control the aid operation status in area far away from the coastline where the mobile signal can not be covered, the navigational aid telemetering and telecontrol hardware structure and software control system is designed based on Beidou navigation satellite short message service. It will improve the capability of coastal navigational aid maintenance and management.
