胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术中松解下肺韧带对余肺术后代偿性膨胀的影响 被引量:9

摘要 胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术是治疗早期肺周围型肺癌的首选术式,在临床上已经得到公认和广泛应用。右肺上叶切除后常规松解下肺韧带,以促进术后余肺尽快膨胀,填充残留的空腔,预防术后胸腔内积液、气胸、感染等^([1])。但胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术是否需要松解下肺韧带尚无定论。本研究比较了胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术松解下肺韧带及不松解下肺韧带的余肺代偿性膨胀情况,现报告如下。
