摘要
结直肠癌临床诊通常依靠结直肠镜等创伤性检查。这些创伤性检查对于患者造成痛苦和不适。采用粪便进行生物化学检测是一项有价值的转变。一些粪便标志物在结肠癌患者中可以被检出。大便隐血试验常被用来进行人群筛查,钙卫蛋白和一些肿瘤代谢产物,如M2-丙酮酸激酶在诊断和筛查中有一定的应用前景。DNA测定在结直肠癌诊断中有意义,但目前仍需要更充分的评估。
Most eolorectal cancer diagnosis needs patients to do endoscopy and biopsy, which are invasive and may cause pain and discomfort for the patients. Biochemical tests on a single sample of faeces are therefore a valuable alternative. A number Of faecal markers have been explored in eolorectal cancer. Faecal occult blood testing is used for population screening, calprotectin and some tumor metabolomic product, such as M2-pyrnvate kinase ,has a certain potential in both diagnosis and screening. DNA testing has advantages in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer but further evaluation is still needed.
