人血白蛋白辅助治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的疗效分析

The Efficacy of Human Serum Albumin to Treat Abdominal Allergic Purpura in Children

目的 观察人血白蛋白辅助治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 选取2012年4月至2014年4月辽宁省中心医院确诊为儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的患儿100例,按抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,使用的药物包括西咪替丁、甲泼尼龙、抗组胺药物等;观察组在常规治疗基础上加用人血白蛋白2 g/（kg·d）进行辅助治疗,依据病情连续应用2~3 d。观察两组患儿临床症状缓解状况和临床疗效。结果 观察组皮疹消除时间、呕吐停止时间、腹痛缓解时间、消化道出血症状消除时间及住院时间均短于对照组[（5.0±1.4）d比（6.1±1.7）d,（2.32±0.15）d比（2.73±0.34）d,（3.4±1.2）d比（4.8±1.2）d,（3.2±0.6）d比（4.5±0.7）d,（11.3±1.4）d比（13.7±2.2）d],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。对照组总有效率为94.0%（47/50）,观察组为96.0%（48/50）,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 人血白蛋白辅助治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的疗效稳定,见效快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of human serum albumin to treat abdominal allergic pur-pura in children. Methods Total of 100 children diagnosed with abdominal purpura admitted to Liaoning Province Central Hospital from Apr. 2012 to Apr. 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each. The control group received conventional treatment, including cimetidine, methyl-prednisolone, antihistamines, etc.; the observation group received conventional treatment based serum albumin adjuvant therapy by 2 g/（ kg·d ）,for 2-3 d according to the disease condition. The symptoms relief and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results Rash elimination time, vomiting stop time, abdominal pain relief time, gastrointestinal bleeding elimination time and hospital stay of the observation group were less than the control group [（5.0±1.4） d vs （6. 1±1.7） d,（2.32±0.15） d vs （2.73±0.34） d, （3.4±1.2） dvs （4.8±1.2） d,（3.2±0.6） dvs （4.5±0.7） d,（11.3±1.4） dvs （13.7±2.2） d], the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The total efficacy of the control group was 94.0% （47/50） ,of the observation group was 96.0% （48/50） ,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Human serum albumin has stable and rapid efficacy as the adjuvant therapy of abdomi- nal purpura in children, thus is worthy of clinical application.
