两部件可修复系统预防性维修的策略模型 被引量:3

摘要 考虑到可修复系统中各部件故障的发生是有序的,文章针对仅含有两个部件的可修复系统提出了预防性维修策略,该策略假定每隔固定周期对系统中部件状态进行检测。基于延迟时间理论,检测时部件可能处于正常、缺陷和故障状态;一旦检测识别部件处于缺陷或故障状态,立即进行维修。对可能存在的两种相互独立的更新,采用更新理论建立以最小化单位时间内期望成本为目标的预防性维修策略模型,并通过算例分析确定最优的预防性维修周期。
