不典型过敏性支气管肺曲霉病1例 被引量：1

摘要 过敏性支气管肺曲霉病（ABPA）又称变应性支气管肺曲霉病,症状主要有发热、咳嗽、气急、喘息和咳棕色痰栓等。实验室检查痰培养可见曲霉、血清总Ig E明显升高、血嗜酸性粒细胞升高、烟曲霉皮试速发阳性等。
