摘要
使用快速元素分析仪对铁基合金中铝元素的发射光谱进行了分析研究,结果表明可有效解决铁基合金中铝元素的现场快速分析问题。使用Al394.41nm谱线和Al396.15nm谱线作为分析谱线,可以实现铸铁及合金钢中铝元素的快速定性及定量分析。分析系统可记录材料光谱,使现场快速分析具备可追溯性,为质量控制提供保障。
Rapid element analyzer can resolve the problomes of on-site analysis of aluminum in ferroal- loy effectively. The analyzer makes the qualitative and quantitative analysis of aluminum in ferroalloy very convenient with A1394. 41nm spectrum and A1396.15nm spectrum. The analyzer can record spectrum of material and provide relevant intensity data for all spectrum lines objectively. The analysis results can be traced, so the rapid element analyzer can satisfy the needs of quality assurance system.
