摘要
[目的]选出具有较高配合力的亲本及具有特殊配合力的玉米杂交组合。[方法]通过运用增广NCII遗传模型的配合力方差分析方法,进行一般配合力方差效应和特殊配合力方差效应估算。[结果]亲本一般配合力效应值比较高的有B1、B2、B5和B19,特殊配合力效应值比较高的组合有B10×B19(23.35)、B1×B19(23.17)、B2×B18(17.35)、B14×B8(15.76)、B2×B19(14.03)、B4×B19(13.21)。[结论]B1、B2、B5和B19这4个自交系可以作为常规玉米高产品种选育的优良亲本应用;而小区产量的特殊配合力效应值分析表明:在组配的42份杂交组合中,B10×B19、B1×B19、B2×B18、B14×B8、B2×B19、B4×B19具有较高的产量,可作为苗头组合参加多地区网点试验。
[ Objective ] Getting parents with higher genera] combining ability and some combinations with higher special combining ability. [ Method ] In this paper, using variance analysis' method with genetic model of augmented NCⅡ quantitative trait in combining ability to determine GCA and SCA value with combining ability effect. [Result]The parents with higher GCA value are B1, B2, B5 and B19. The combinations with higher SCA values are B10 × B19(23.35) ,B1 × B19(23.17) ,B2 × B18(17.35) ,B14 × B8 (15.76) ,B2 × B19(14.03) ,B4× B19(13.21). [ Conclusion] The varieties of B1, B2, B5 and B19 ,which can be used as good parents for cross breeding of maize. The combinations with higher SCA values areB10 × B19,B1 × B19, B2 × B18,B14× BS, B2 × B19,B4 × B19,which can be used as promising combinations in the test network of different regions.
