摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度三聚氰胺对裂足臂尾轮虫的急性毒性和生活史参数的影响。[方法]以裂足臂尾轮虫为受试动物,研究不同浓度(600、l200、1800mg/L)的三聚氰胺对其存活率、繁殖率、生命期望、净生殖率、世代时间和内禀增长率的影响。[结果]急性毒性试验结果表明三聚氰胺对裂足臂尾轮虫的48hLC50为2206.376mg/L,95%置信区间为1822.866-2850.378mg/L。与对照组相比,不同浓度三聚氰氨都显著降低了轮虫的生命期望、净生殖率和世代时间。当三聚氰氨浓度达到1800mg/L时,轮虫的内禀增长率显著降低。[结论]该研究可为评价三聚氰胺的毒性提供一些理论基础。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effect of different concentrations of melamine on acute toxicity and life history parameters of Brachionus diversicornis. [ Method ] Taking Brachionus diversicornis as test animal, effects of different concentrations (600,1 200 and 1 800 mg/L) of melamine on survival and reproduction rate,life expectation, net reproductive rate, generation rate and intrinsic growth rate were studied. [ Re- suit] The results showed that the 48 h LC50 value of melamine to Brachionus diversicornis was 2 206.376 mg/L,with 95% confidence interval of 1 822. 866 - 2 850. 378 mg/L. Compared with the control, different concentrations of melamine significantly decreased the life expectation, net re- productive rate and generation time. The intrinsic growth rate was significantly suppressed only when the concentration of melamine was 1 800 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The study can provide some theoretical basis for toxicity evaluation of melamine.
