ε–己内酯/聚醚/环氧丙烷三元共聚物的合成及表征

Synthesis and characterization of ε-caprolactone/polyether/propylene oxide ternary copolymer

摘要 采用双金属氰化络合物(DMC)催化剂进行低相对分子质量聚醚二元醇(DLL400)、ε–己内酯(CL)和环氧丙烷(PO)阴离子开环共聚反应,合成了聚醚酯多元醇。凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析和CL单体转化率、羟值、黏度等测试结果表明:合成的最佳反应温度为160℃,反应时间为5 h,催化剂用量为150 mg/kg。通过FT–IR(傅里叶转换红外光谱)、1H–NMR(核磁共振)、13C–NMR对该共聚物进行表征,表明所合成共聚物具有预期结构。 The polyether-ester polyol was synthesized by the anionic ring-opening copolymerization reaction of low relative molecular mass polyether diol (DLL400), ε-caprolactone (CL) and propylene oxide (PO) using double metal cyanide complex (DMC) catalyst. Through gel permeation chromatography (GPC) analysis and determination of CL monomer conversion rate, hydroxyl value and viscosity and so on, the results show that the optimal reaction temperature is 160 ℃, the reaction time is 5 h, the amount of catalyst is 150 mg/kg. The copolymer was characterized by using FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy),^1H-NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) and ^13C-NMR, showing that the synthesized copolymer possesses the expected structure.
