摘要
开发了一种由聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯树脂、玻璃纤维等多种材料复合而成的汽车内装饰件生产工艺。所制汽车内装饰件由3层材料组成,分别为吸塑成型表皮层、喷涂聚氨酯泡沫层和增强型反应注射成型聚氨酯层。该工艺生产的产品不易起包变形,表面弹性好,手感较佳,并可提高产品档次。
A production process of automobile interior composed of multicomponent of polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and glass fiber etc. is developed. The prepared automobile interior is composed of three layer materials including plastics sucking molding skin layer, spray polyurethane foam layer and reinforced reaction injection molding polyurethane layer. The product produced by such process is not easy to blister and deform, possesses good surface elasticity and better hand feel, and can improve product quality.
