摘要 通过试验认定筛分法测定高氯酸铵粒度的影响因素不仅包括颗粒的形状和颗粒在筛面上的角度、筛分方法、筛分时间等固定因素,还包括标准筛的筛孔孔径偏差以及环境因素,其中环境因素包括环境温湿度和静电等。可以通过空调或除湿机来调节环境温湿度,可以通过增加空气湿度来减少静电积聚。 The influence factors on determination of ammonium perchlorate particle size with sieving method were determined by tests, they include not only the fixed factors such as the particle shape and the particle angle on sieve surface, sieving method, sieving time etc., but also the sieve size deviation of standard sieve and the environmental factors etc. Among them, the environmental factors include environmental temperature, humidity and static electricity etc. The environmental temperature and humidity can be adjusted by using air conditioner or dehumidifier. The static electricity accumulation can be reduced by increasing humidity of air.
