摘要
薪酬分配是公立医院科学管理的重要工具,对公立医院实现战略目标具有重要的作用。介绍了上海市公立医院医务人员薪酬体系发展研究的研究理论与研究框架,旨在为上海市公立医院医务人员薪酬体系的建立提供决策的依据,为我国公立医院薪酬改革提供借鉴。
The compensation allocation is an important tool to manage public hospitals scientifically. It plays an im- portant role in achieving the strategic goals of hospitals. Shanghai inevitably needs reform on compensation allocation system under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of public hospitals. It is important to study the current situation of medical staff's compensation in public hospitals, and to analyze the compensation structures of different types of medical staffs with different titles in different departments. This article introduces theory and framework of the research on medical staff's compensation system in public hospitals, aiming to provide evidence for building up medical staff's compensation system in public hospitals in Shanghai and to provide reference for the compensation reform in public hospitals in China.
