摘要
目的通过对上海市某区二级公立医院人员薪酬结构的分析,了解目前上海市二级公立医院人员薪酬结构的现状,发现薪酬结构存在的问题,探讨优化上海市二级公立医院人员薪酬制度。方法通过调查上海市某区15所二级公立医院,收集不同科室、不同类型人员2012年的各类薪酬数据。结果上海市某区二级公立医院人员的薪酬结构为:基本工资占10.57%,岗位工资占5.71%,津贴补贴占13.13%,社会保障缴费占10.48%,绩效工资占44.61%,其他收入占12.71%。结论应合理确定绩效工资的比例、规范公立医院津贴与补贴的项目,医务人员薪酬有待进一步研究。
Objective This article tries to analyze medical staffs' compensation structure of secondary public hospi- tals in one district in Shanghai, to know the status of it, to find out the current problems in it, and discuss the opti- mization methods of medical staffs' compensation system of secondary public hospitals in Shanghai. Methods Through empirical investigation all of the 15 secondary public hospitals in one district in Shanghai, we collected compensation data in 2012 of different types of medical staffs from different departments. Results Medical staffs' compensation structure of secondary public hospitals in one district in Shanghai is: basic salary accounts for 10.57% in average, post salary accounts for 5.71% in average, allowances and subsidies account for 13.13% in average, social protection fees accounts for 10.48% in average, .performance salary accounts for 44.61% in average, and other incomes account for 12.71% in average. Conclusion The compensation system needs to be standardized to improve equity of income distribu- tion. The proportion of performance salary should be reasonably designed. The items of allowances and subsidies should be standardized. Researches on Medical staffs' compensation need to be further studied.
