摘要
在现有资料收集、专家咨询和公立医院调查的基础上,分析了专家咨询意见,探讨了上海市公立医院薪酬改革方案,并根据建议的薪酬方案,对被调查公立医院的薪酬总额进行了模拟。最后,提出了公立医院人员薪酬改革需要配套政策支持的建议。
Based on existing data collection, expert consultation and public hospital survey, expert opinions were analyzed, reform of compensation scheme in public hospitals of Shanghai was explored, and the total compen- sation for human resources in the surveyed hospitals were simulated. Finally, the authors suggested that the compen- sation reform of human resources in public hospitals needs the support of relevant policies.
