赣州市农田水利建设“十三五”需求调查

A survey on demand for construction of water conservancy works of Ganzhou City in the 13th Five-Year Plan period

赣州市农田水利建设取得了一定成效,但还远不能满足农业发展尤其是现代农业发展的需要,在建设和管理上都面临严峻的挑战。从6个方面介绍了赣州市农田水利设施建设情况及发挥的效益,分析了农田防涝抗旱能力弱、建设投入不足、管护机制不健全等问题,建议在制定"十三五"规划时,必须统筹谋划好今后5年发展目标、主攻方向、建设布局,全面提升农田水利基础设施抗灾减灾能力,促进现代农业发展。

Achievements have been made in the construction of water conservancy works in Ganzhou City, however great challenges are encountered by the city to make improvement as it cannot meet the requirements of modern agriculture development. An introduction is given to the construction of on-farm waterworks and benefits generation from six respects, and also problems such as weakness in waterlogging control and drought relief, lacking of financial input and ineffectiveness of operation and maintenance system. It is suggested to define target, goals and layout for the next five years during the preparation of the 13 th Five-Year Plan, so as to enhance the capacity of disaster elimination and promote modern agriculture development.
