农村饮水安全工程水质检测中心建设方案关键问题探讨

Key problems of building scheme of water quality testing center for safe drinking water project in rural areas

以广西壮族自治区南宁市县级农村饮水安全工程水质检测中心建设方案为实例,阐述水质检测中心组建方式的特点、要求和合理性,结合地方水质污染和消毒情况确定检测中心的检测能力,通过水质管理要求综合确定水质检测的指标项数和频度,提出年度检测工作量的具体测算方法,并为水质检测中心的组建、运行、管理提出了针对性建议。

A general introduction is made on features, requirements and feasibility for establishment of water quality testing center under safe drinking water project, taking the county under Nanning City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example.It is advised that testing capacity of the center should be defined according to the degree of water pollution and disinfection conditions. Recommendations are also made on specific calculation method for annual working load as well as formation, operation and management of the center.
