摘要
在调查水利科研单位青年科技人才队伍现状的基础上,以国内某一水利科研单位为例,针对这一群体目前存在的主要问题,分析其产生的原因,从引导青年树立正确的价值观、构建双通道的职业发展模式、建立完善促进人才成长的人事管理制度、建立健全绩效激励及分配体系等方面,提出了激发水利青年科技人才积极性、创造性,加强青年科技人才队伍建设的措施建议。
Studies are made on the current situation of young engineers including challenges and problems they are facing as well as reasoning by taking a water-related research institute as an example, so as to improve personnel management, create a model for two-channel career development and build an incentive and award allocation system based on performance evaluation. Finally measures for personnel development of young engineers are proposed in order to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of young people working in scientific research institutes.
