摘要
腰果酚作为一种绿色可再生资源,来源丰富,价格低廉,且具有较高的反应活性,可替代石油酚,广泛应用于表面活性剂、涂料等领域。本文根据改性生物质腰果酚的结构特点,系统总结了国内外腰果酚改性树脂性能及在涂料领域的应用,并对腰果酚改性树脂在涂料中的应用前景进行了展望,为这类来源广泛的生物质进一步在涂料中的应用提供理论支持。
Cardanol is a green renewable, abundant and low cost natural resources, and has a high reactivity. Cardanol can replace petroleum phenol and is widely used in the surfactants, coatings etc. In this paper, the chemical structure, properties and applications of cardanol modified resin in coatings were reviewed in detail. The application prospect of modified resin coatings were prospected in order to provide a theoretical support for the further application in coatings of this biomass.
