大孔吸附树脂在分离酚酸和生物碱中的应用

大孔吸附树脂广泛用于天然药物有效成分的分离纯化,尤其对具有酸碱性的化学成分具有很好的效果,即对生物活性显著的碱性成分生物碱和酸性成分酚酸等均具有较好吸附分离能力。酚酸和生物碱均是天然药物中重要的有效成分,故本文对大孔吸附树脂在纯化酚酸和生物碱方面的研究进行了系统综述,并总结归纳大孔吸附树脂在分离酸性和碱性化合物时的纯化方法和工艺,为相关的分离纯化研究和实际生产提供了重要的参考。

Macroporous resin, which does well in adsorbing and separating the biological active alkaline alkaloidsce and acidic phenolic acids components, especially for the chemical compositions of acid and alkaliois, is widely used in the separation and purification of active ingredients.Because both phenolic acids and alkaloidsc are important components of natural medicine,a systematic review of the research on macroporous adsorption resin in the purification of phenolic acids and alkaloids was carried out and the purification methods and processes of macroporous resin in the separation of acidic and alkaline compounds are summarized in this paper. It would provide an important reference for the research and the practical production of the relevant separation and purification.
