某军队医院2012-2014年住院费用构成分析

Analysis of the Constitution of Hospitalization Expenses in 2012-2014 in a Military Hospital

目的:分析某军队医院住院费用的变化趋势和分布情况,探讨可能的政策及社会环境等影响因素。方法:收集该军队医院2012-2014年的医疗费用数据,应用SAS9.3对不同年龄、不同医疗保障类别及不同科室患者的住院费用进行分析。结果:该军队医院住院费用3年内呈上涨趋势,药费与检查治疗费用所占比重偏高,按照人群、类别、科室划分后得出住院次均费用最高的分别是老年人、军队人员中的军职干部、干部病房。结论:军队医院应积极融入医改行列,建立合理的补偿渠道和费用结构;军队内部还要加强医疗监督,完善费用控制机制;应推动社区老年人群医疗卫生服务,形成有效转诊机制。

Objective： To analyze the variation trend and distribution of hospitalization expenses in military hospital, and to discuss the possible factors of policy and social environment. Methods： Medical expenses data in 2012 -2014 from a comprehensive hospital in the army were collected and SAS9.3 was used to analyze medical expenses of hospitalized patients in different ages, medical care categories and departments. Results： The hospitalization expenses among which medicine, treatment and examination cost were majority was on the rise in recent 3 years in a military hospital. People who had the highest average hospitalization cost in the crowds were old people. People who had the highest average hospitalization cost were soldier especially military cadres in different personnel. The highest average hospitalization cost were cadres ward in different clinical departments. Conclusion： Military hospital must be actively involved in medical reform and establish multiple channels of compensation to set up reasonable cost structure. Medical supervision must be enhanced. Health services of old people must be promoted by every level of government to form effective transfer mechanism.
