北京市某三级综合医院青年医师科研工作现状及影响因素分析

Influencing Factors Analysis of the Scientific Research Status of Young Doctors in a Tertiary General Hospital of Beijing

目的:分析北京市某三级综合医院青年医师目前开展科研工作的影响因素。方法:通过查阅医院科研管理部门的数据,对综合性医院青年医师负责科研项目情况、发表论文情况进行分析;通过问卷对目前开展科研工作在个人层面、科室层面、医院层面的影响因素进行调查分析。结果:承担科研课题的青年医师数量占全院青年医师比例为8%,发表医学论文的青年医师占全院青年医师比例为9%;目前开展科研工作的影响因素在个人层面主要是:没有明确研究方向(66.1%),课题的设计(60.8%),不了解本专业最新进展(56.2%);科室层面主要是:临床业务繁忙、时间不够用(72.3%),缺少科研指导老师(63.1%),科研团队未形成(61.5%);医院层面主要是:课题经费不足(63.8%),文献检索不方便、图书馆平台待完善(60.8%),没有基本的实验设备(59.2%)。结论:该医院青年医师科研能力有待提高,需要通过推动学科建设,改善学术氛围,优化人才梯度建设,加大培训力度来实现。

Objective： To analyze the influencing factors of the young doctors in scientific research in the Tertiary General Hospital. Methods： The current scientific research situation of the young doctors was learned by consulting their scientific research projects and published papers ; The influencing factors which come from personal, department and hospital in scientific research were found out by surveying the young doctors with a questionnaire. Results： Among all young doctors, only 8% of them had undertaking research projects; 9% had published papers; the influencing factors of personal involved： no defined subjects（66.1% ）, design of project （60.8%） ,failing to keep up with new advances and new developments （56.2%） ; the influencing factors of department laiol in： too busy （72.3%）, and no tutors （63.1%） ,no research group （61. 5% ） ; the influencing factors which came from hospital were ： low research funds （ 63.8% ） and lacking basic research platform （ 60.8% ）. Conclusion： The research capacity of young doctors meeds to be improved. To reach this point, we have to build management system of discipline, make academic atmosphere and research environment better, strengthen research training and construct research platform.
