新疆某医院肿瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏程度与社会支持的相关性研究

Relevant Research on Cancer-related Fatigue Degree and Social Support of Patients with Tumor Chemotherapy in a Hospital,Shihezi City,Xinjiang

目的:通过调查肿瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏状况,分析肿瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏与社会支持的相关性。方法:采用Piper疲乏量表和社会支持评定量表对新疆某三级甲等医院的200例肿瘤化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果:90%的患者存在癌因性疲乏,处于中度疲乏程度;癌因性疲乏与主观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分存在负相关,其中客观支持与行为、情感维度的疲乏呈正相关,支持利用度与认知维度的疲乏呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏的发生率较高,应提高对癌因性疲乏的重视,加强社会支持,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective： Survey of cancer patients with chemotherapy cancer related fatigue situation, and analyze cancer patients with chemotherapy - related fatigue and social support. Methods： Piper Fatigue Scale and the Social Support Scale questionnaire for 200 cases of cancer chemotherapy in patients with certain hospitals in Xinjiang. Results： 90% of patients with cancerrelated fatigue, in a moderate degree of fatigue; cancer related fatigue and subjective support and utilization degree of social support scores negatively correlated, which objective support and behavior, emotional dimensions of fatigue was positively correlated support the use of the cognitive dimension of fatigue and was negatively correlated （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Patients with cancer chemotherapy, due to the higher incidence of fatigue, should raise the attention of cancer - related fatigue, strengthen social support and improve the quality of life of patients.
