儿科先天性心脏病计算机模拟教学系统的设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 通过收集各型先天性心脏病典型病例从入院到治疗各阶段的临床资料,并对采集的图片、音频、视频采用计算机合成,设计出计算机临床情景模拟病人,建立教学、考试、反馈网络平台,制作小儿先天性心脏病网络教学软件。选取某医科大学2009级临床医学本科、医学影像学本科学生共228人,随机分为2组,实验组进行计算机临床情景模拟病人教学,对照组进行传统临床见习,见习结束后进行考核和问卷调查。结果显示实验组考核成绩高于对照组;学生认为该教学软件能引导逻辑思维、提高思维能力,课堂吸收率高;网络平台稳定,通用性良好,用户操作简便。此软件能逼真地模拟先天性心脏病患儿的诊疗过程,适合于临床教学、考试应用。 Clinical data, pictures, audio and video on different stages of typical congenital heart disease patients were collected to make computer simulating patients on our teaching , exam and feed - back network system. 228 probation students on grade 2009 were divided randomly into two groups - experimental group with computer simulating patients teaching while control group with traditional teaching in pediatric ward. Exam and questionnaire survey were performed. Experimental group got better marks in exam. Our teaching software was superior in inducing logical clinical thinking, improving thinking ability and absorption in class in questionnaire survey. This network system is simple, stable and effective. This software simulating vividly the whole clinical course in congenital heart disease children is good for teaching application and exam.
