摘要
丫角油田近50%的井为稠油井,由于该区原油粘度大,油井投产后,给原油举升及地面集输带来很大困难,根据近年来现场生产情况总结,逐渐掌握了一套稠油举升、集输及管理的方法。通过利用螺杆泵、地面掺输、井筒掺稀等工艺,解决了丫角油田稠油举升和集输方面的问题,基本满足了现场生产需求。
Heavy oil wells takes up nearly half of the oil wells in Yajiao Oilfield. High viscosity of crude oil brought great difficulties to oil wells in operation in oil lifting and ground gathering. The application of screw pumps and technologies of ground mixing injection and wellbore blending thin oil has conquered these difficulties and met the requirement of field production.
