加强基层服务型组织建设是一项长期的系统性工作,必须紧紧围绕服务需求,服务队伍、服务平台、服务质量等四个方面真抓实做。一是摸排实情,知晓民意,牢固树立"全心全意为人民服务"宗旨意识;二是选优育强,比学赶超,建设一支奉献意识强、服务能力强、专业技术强的党员服务队伍;三是立足需求,整合资源,搭建信息化、互助式、覆盖性的多种服务平台;四是完善机制,强化评价,提升质量,确保基层服务工作落到实处。
