关于加强“三基”工作的几点思考

On Strengthening Three Basic Tasks

"三基"即基层建设、基础工作和基本功训练。"三基"工作是石油石化行业的优良传统和管理基因,是夯实管理基础、推进企业发展的"传家宝"。在开展"三基"工作时要注意避免形式主义,分工不明确,责任不落实,以及管理制度不落实,管理现场不规范等一系列的问题,要进一步抓好建立工作长效机制,明确工作载体,加强宣贯与培训,发挥领导带头作用,坚持全面抓与重点抓相结合,继承与创新相结合,"三基"工作与日常工作相结合等方面的工作。

Three basic tasks refer to basic--level construction, basic work and basic skills training. They are good tradition and management gene of petrochemical industry and booster for the enterprise development. In practice, we must resolve the problems such as formalism, undefined work position and responsibility, unworkable management system and irregular management site. We must continue to combine overall plan with key point, inheritance with innovation and three basic tasks with daily work.
