浅谈大数据背景下工伤预防激励措施研究

做好工伤预防工作可以有效降低事故率、缓解收支失衡、保障工伤保险制度健康可持续发展。江汉油田的工伤预防工作目前还存在着工伤预防理念落后,差别费率机制不健全,以及工伤保险基金支出结构向赔付倾斜等不足之处。要进一步做好工伤预防工作,可采取大数据下的改进措施:建立规范的工伤数据共享平台;对海量数据进行分析,转变理念;依托数据平台进行互动式工伤预防教育培训。

Excellent work injury prevention work contributes to effectively lowering accident rate, relieving imbalance between income and expense and ensuring sound and sustainable development of work injury insurance system. There are shortcomings in work injury prevention work in Jianghan Oilfield, such as backward the prevention concept, imperfect differential rate mechanism and expenditure structure of work injury insurance fund tilting towards compensation. The solutions based on big data are to establish formal data sharing platform for work injury information and carry out work injury prevention training in an interactive way with the help of the data sharing platform.
