康惠尔泡沫敷料预防脊柱后路手术中压疮的效果

Comfeel foam dressing can prevent pressure sores in the posterior spinal operation

目的：探讨应用康惠尔泡沫敷料在脊柱后路手术患者预防压疮中的应用效果。方法：选择2013年1～12月我科脊柱后路手术患者84例随机等分为对照组和试验组。对照组按传统护理方法，试验组摆放俯卧位前使用康惠尔泡沫敷料，观察术后主要受压部位皮肤压红、压伤情况。结果：试验组压疮发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：康惠尔泡沫敷料能有效地减少和避免压疮的形成。

Objective ：To explore the effects of Comfeel foam dressing in preventing pressure sores in posterior spinal operation. Methods ： Take 84 patients who have posterior spinal operation in our department during the whole year of 2013 and divided them into control group and treatment group. Apply tradi- tional nursing method on the control group and apply Comfeel foam dressing before putting the patients in prone position in treatment group and watch the red skin and bruised situation on the pressure area after the operation. Results ： The occurrence rate of pressure sore in control group was lower than that of treat- ment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Comfeel foam dressing can reduce the occurrence of pressure sore and prevent the development of pressure sore.
