毫米波治疗乳腺癌根治术后切口愈合不良的效果观察

The treatment effect of millimeter wave on the undesirable healing after the breast cancer treatment operation

目的：比较两种疗法治疗乳腺癌根治术后切口愈合不良中的治疗效果，探讨毫米波在组织再生和修复等方面的作用。方法：将40例乳腺癌根治术后切口愈合不良患者随机等分为常规换药组与毫米波组。常规换药组采用我科常规护理方法进行切口护理，毫米波组在常规换药的基础上加用毫米波治疗，每天1次，每次40～60min。结果：毫米波组平均治愈时间较常规换药组缩短。两组疗效比较毫米波组明显好于常规换药组。结论：毫米波对切口愈合不良的治疗效果显著，能明显改善组织微循环，促进新陈代谢，缩短治疗时间，而无任何副作用，在l临床中值得推广应用。

Objective ： To compare the treatment effects of two different treatments on the treatment of breast cancer and the eradication of undesirable healing and explore the effects of millimeter wave on tissue regeneration and repair. Methods：Take 40 breast cancer patients who have undesirable healing after the operation and divided them into, regular medicine group and millimeter wave group. The regular medicine group patients apply usual care methods to have incision care and the millimeter wave group patients have extra inillimeter wave treatment apart from the basic medicine treatment. The millimeter treatment lasts 40 - 60 mins per day and once a day. Results： The healing time of millimeter wave group was shorter than that of regular medicine group and the effects of millimeter wave group was better than that of regular medicine. Conclusion ： The millimeter wave has dramatic effects on the eradication of undesirable healing and it can improve microcirculation, prompt metabolism and shorten treatment time without any side effects. It will be quite popular in the clinical application.
