枳实消痞汤穴位敷贴对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effects of acupointsticking and Zhishi Xiaopi soup for the gastrointestinal function recovery of cesarean section operation

目的:探讨枳实消痞汤穴位敷贴对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选取100例剖宫产产妇,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用枳实消痞汤穴位敷贴。比较两组产妇术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、腹胀发生率。结果:观察组产妇术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术后腹胀发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用枳实消痞汤穴位敷贴可显著促进剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能恢复。

Objective： To explore the effects of acupoint sticking and Zhishi Xiaopi soup for the gastrointestinal function recovery of delivery women who have cesarean section operation. Methods：Take 100 delivery women who had cesarean section operation as our subject and divided them into control group and ob- servation group at random. The control group patients received regular nursing after the operation and the observation group received regular nursing and ad- ditional acupoint sticking and Zhishi Xiaopi Soup. Then compared the recovery time of bowel sound, gas passage by anus and defecation and the occurrence rate of abdominal distension of those delivery women after the operation. Results ： The recovery time of bowel sound, gas passage by anus and defecation of delivery women in observation group was shorter than those in control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The occurrence rate of abdominal distension of those delivery women in observation group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The acupoint sticking and Zhishi Xiaopi soup has great effects in improving the gastrointestinal function recovery of delivery women who have cesarean section operation.
