电话随访结合视频指导在髋关节置换术患者院外康复训练中的应用

Video interference in the effect evaluation of the discharged patients after hip replacement

目的：探讨电话随访结合视频指导在髋关节置换术院外患者康复训练中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2012年6月～2014年6月行人工髋关节置换术患者78例，将其随机分成对照组和试验组，对照组仅接受电话随访，试验组接受电话随访及视频指导，并于出院后4，12，24周进行髋关节功能评分。结果：试验组患者出院后各时间点髋关节功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：电话随访结合视频指导是一种院外健康教育的有效方法，可以提高髋关节置换术患者的髋关节活动功能。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of video intervention in the discharged patients after hip replacement. Methods：Seventy - eight artificial hip re- placement operation patients who were admitted to department of orthopedics fi＇om June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine postoperative discharge guidance, the experimental group received postoperative discharge guidance and a video about functional exercise. Compared the score of Harris at different times out of the hospital. Result ： Compared the hip joint function score of dis- charged patients after total hip replacement at different time between two groups,the experimental group patients with hip joint function score were signifi- cantly higher than that of control group, the difference has statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Video intervention can effectively improve the hip joint activities function of discharged patients after hip replacement.
