山羊BMP15基因FecX^(Gr)和FecX^O突变的检测 被引量:1

摘要 为寻找有效的山羊高繁殖力性状分子遗传标记,以不同产羔率水平的19个山羊品种为对象,采用PCR-RFLP和测序方法,探测骨形态发生蛋白15(BMP15)基因最新发现的两个突变(FecX^(Gr)和FecX^O)在山羊品种中的多态性分布。结果显示,所检测的19个山羊品种个体均无FecX^(Gr)和FecX^O突变。 In order to search for effective molecular markers of fecundity in goat, 19 goat breeds of different lambing rate were detected by PCR-RFLP and sequencing methods to explore the polymorphism of two new mutations (FecXGr and FecX0) in caprine BMP15 gene. The result showed that none of the 19 goat breeds carried the mutations of FecXGr and FecX0.
