摘要 互通立交作为高速公路路线交叉的主要方式逐渐增多,一般匝道桥的上部结构多为现浇箱梁,具有整体性好、外形美观、刚度大、可做成复杂形状等特点,每个施工阶段含搭设支架与支架预压,底板、腹板、横梁钢筋加工,以及压浆、封锚等工序。以某互通D匝道桥工程为例,介绍了预应力现浇箱梁支架预压与施工技术,通过观测数据,分析了门式支架的稳定性,为后续现浇箱梁的施工提供技术支持。 As the main patterns for route intersection of expressway, cast - in - used in the upper structures of common ramp bridges with the gradual increase of interc situ box girders are usually hanges. Cast - in - situ box girders have features like good integrity, beautiful appearance, large rigidity, complex shape and so on. Build -up bracket and precompression process of bracket are contained in each construction stage. Taking D ramp bridge engineering of an interchange as an example, the precompression and construction technology of prestressed cast - in - situ box girder bracket are introduced, and the stability of gate - type bracket is analyzed through observation data, thus providing technical support for the construction of subsequent cast - in - situ box girder.
