Electrochemical Immunosensor for Diethylstilbestrol Determination Based on Graphene-Chitosan Composite Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

摘要 制备了石墨烯一壳聚糖复合材料修饰电极,采用循环伏安法研究复合材料对电极导电性能的影响,并利用己烯雌酚抗体与己烯雌酚之间的特异性应,以K2Fe(CN)6为探针,采用差分脉冲伏安法进行食品中己烯雌酚残留量的检测研究。在优化条件下,P(己烯雌酚)在1~2500Ixg/L内与电流差值呈线性关系,线性回归方程AI=25.0368+0.00342p(R=0.99124),检出限为0.1Ixg/L。对猪肉、牛肉、鸭肉及奶粉样品进行加标检测,回收率93.2%~106.8%。 A graphene-chitosan modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared. Electrical conductivity of the modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Competitive- electrochemical immunoassay was performed to detect diethylstilbestrol by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Under the optimized conditions, the A-value of oxidation peak current was proportional to diethylstilbestrol concentration in the range between 1 and 2 500 μg/L. The linear equation was AI = 25. 036 8 +0. 003 42p (R =0. 991 24) , and the detection limit was 0. 1 μg/L. A good recovery of dieth- ylstilbestrol in the range of 93.2% -106.8% was obtained in pork, beef, duck, and milk powder.
