摘要
以用于驱动往复式压缩机的正压外壳型/增安型无刷励磁同步电动机为例,结合相应的边界条件,依据理论计算与有限元法相结合的方式对同步电动机的起动能力、起动时间、起动时阻尼绕组的温升等方面进行计算与仿真。并对计算结果进行分析,得出的结论完全附合电动机起动的需要,为更加准确的计算驱动往复式压缩机用同步电动机起动计算奠定了基础。
Taking a pressurized enclosure/increased-safety brushless excitation synchronous motor for driving reciprocating compressor as an example, it is calculated and simulated in starting capability, starting time, starting damper winding temperature rise and other aspects by combining theoretical calculation and finite-element method and on the basis of corresponding boundary conditions. By analyzing the calculated result, some beneficial conclusions are given, and it can lay the foundation of starting calculation of synchronous motor for driving reciprocating compressor.
