摘要
采用标准k-ε模型,就横向管间距和纵向管间距对矩形翅片椭圆管换热管束流动换热性能的影响进行分析.研究发现:横向管间距是主要影响因素,纵向管间距的影响较小;横向管间距越大,等压降约束条件下的综合性能越差;扰流孔的存在强化横向管间距和纵向管间距的作用,开设扰流孔使得管束综合性能有所下降.
A standard κ-ε model was used to analyze the effect of transverse tube pitch and longitudinal tube pitch on the flow and heat transfer performance of rectangular finned elliptical tube bundles. It is found that the performance differs significantly in different transverse tube pitches, while the effect of longitudinal tube pitch could be ignored. The comprehensive performance is reduced with the increasing of transverse tube pitch. With the existing of disturbing holes, the impact of transverse tube pitch is enhanced, but the function of longitudinal tube pitch is weakened. The presence of disturbing holes reduces the performance of tube bundles.
