含高能添加剂的高固含量复合发射药的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为更好研究高能添加剂对高固含量复合发射药性能的影响,分别制备了含75%(相对于发射药质量而言)高能添加剂[如RDX(黑索今)、HMX(奥克脱今)或CL-20(六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷)]的发射药。研究结果表明:3种发射药中含CL-20的发射药具有相对最高的能量和燃速,其燃烧渐增性也相对最好;高固含量复合发射药的耐热性与高能添加剂有关,但与黏合剂和增塑剂关系不大。 In order to better research influence of high-energy additive on properties of composite propellant with high solid content, the propellants with 75% high-energy additive[such as RDX, HMX or CL-20 (hexa- nitrohexaazaisowurtzitane)] in propellant mass were respectively prepared. The research results showed that the propellant with CL-20 in three kinds of propellants had the relatively maximal energy and burning speed, and its combustion increasing property was also relatively best. The heat resistance of composite propellant with high solid content and high-energy additive were relevance, but the relation between above heat resistance and some materials (such as binder and plasticizer) was little.
