摘要
以某颜色苯溶型凹印油墨为研究对象,应用价值工程理论和方法研究了其各组分的功能和成本;根据价值系数确定优化对象,设计了优化后的凹印油墨配方,研究了无苯凹印油墨体系。研究结果表明:改进后的新型油墨能满足实际印刷生产的需求;该种绿色凹印油墨兼具良好的环保效果和经济效果,并且其价值系数得以提升。
With benzene solvable-gravure ink with some color as research object, its function and cost of each composition were investigated by value engineering theory and method. The optimizing object was confirmed by value coefficient, the optimized gravure ink formula was designed, and the gravure ink system without benzene was investigated. The research results showed that the improved new ink could meet the requirement of actual printing production. The green gravure ink had the good environmental protection effect and economic effect, and its value coefficient was improved.
