摘要
推行住宅工业化先要改变思维和制度,要把环保效益、全寿命周期的成本、速度效益、日后维修费等因素列入招标条件内,考虑在工程造价中;要重视工业化部件的制造商;打破目前设计和施工分家的制度,激发施工单位的创造力。
Promotion of housing industrialization shall be based on the changing of thought and system. Environmental benefit, full life cycle cost, speed benefit and maintenance cost shall be specified in the bidding contract and be considered in construction cost; emphasis shall be made on manufacturer of industrialized parts; current system which assigns design and construction to different units shall be optimized, so as to stimulate construction unit's creativity.
